Happy Valentine's Day!
While I like to cook, I'm really not much of a baker. Any recipe whose success depends on being measured exactly, or (gasp) kneaded for a certain length of time, is doomed to failure in my hands. I guess I'm even less of a food crafter. I love the look of all the cute little treats, but I just don't have the patience in the kitchen.
So for a Valentine's class treat, I cut a lot of corners, and made some "cake" pops out of glazed donut holes. I dipped the tops in melted white chocolate chips and sprinkled them with red, pink, and white sprinkles. Voila!
